Ryan Morris - CEO / Co-Owner

Mastering from the age of 14 while running a local recording studio in his hometown, Ryan brings nearly 20 years of engineering experience to the Sage Audio team.

Since earning a Bachelor of Science in Audio Engineering in 2016 from Belmont University, apprenticing under some of the world’s best mastering engineers, and mastering hundreds of records as a freelance engineer, Ryan has created and developed Sage Audio’s YouTube channel and online community.

Today, he co-runs Sage Audio, oversees all client relations and creative projects, and masters records for Sage Audio clients.

Thomas Cassell - Head Mastering Engineer

Earning his Bachelor of Science in Audio Production from MTSU, Thomas heads Sage Audio’s mastering services. In addition to his fine-tuned ear and skillful attention to detail while mastering, Thomas is an equally talented musician.

You’ll often find Thomas on stage at the Grand Ole Opry with his band, or performing as a sideman with Billy Strings, the Bryan Sutton Band, and Jim Lauderdale.

Kyle Steiner - President / Co-Owner

Kyle Steiner is a Chicago-based entrepreneur and creative executive, serving as co-owner of Sage Audio, a premier mastering studio known for its high standards and artist-first approach.

He is also the founder of Oakley Avenue Records, an independent record label focused on discovering, developing, and supporting emerging artists. Through his leadership across both companies, Kyle is dedicated to building sustainable creative businesses, fostering community, and creating new opportunities within the music industry.
