Increased Royalty Rates Force Pandora to Implement Listening Cap

Pandora announced that the free streaming days are over but not completely. Pandora is putting into place some guidelines that is now limiting usage to 40 hours a month and after 40 hours is reached you pay $.99 to cover the remainder of that month. The company says this is due to the increasing royalty rates it must pay.
